This article describes the steps to get Microsoft apps working on your mobile device.
- Sign out of Teams and Outlook, and if you have any other Microsoft apps, such as OneDrive, SharePoint, 365 Copilot, etc.
- Download the Microsoft Edge browser from the Apple or Android app store. Note: You do not have to keep/use Edge for browsing on your phone- Installing only to access the "Reset all accounts" function.
- Open the Edge app
- Make sure that you are not signed into Edge, or step 4 will not work
- In Edge, the top left icon
- Select your account
- Select sign out
- Make sure that you are not signed into Edge, or step 4 will not work
- Browse to the following URL:

Tap the button that says "RemoveAllAccounts":

- You will see a little red pop-up saying that it has removed accounts. You can close Edge.
We have also found that Android devices (Pixel and Samsung phones) will additionally need to have the @fielmannusa.onmicrosoft.com account removed from within the phone system settings.

To remove a Microsoft 365 account from a Pixel phone, follow these steps:

Open the Settings app on your Pixel phone.

Navigate to "Passwords, passkeys & accounts."

Scroll down to find the Microsoft account you wish to remove.

Tap on the account, then select "Remove account."

To remove an Office 365 account from a Samsung phone, follow these steps:

Go to Settings on your phone.

Tap on "Accounts and backup".

Select the Office 365 account you wish to remove.

Tap "Remove account" and confirm the action.
