Tenant Migration - Outlook/Teams on mobile

This article describes the steps to get Microsoft apps working on your mobile device. 

1. Sign out of Teams and Outlook, and if you have any other Microsoft apps, such as OneDrive, SharePoint, 365 Copilot, etc.
2. Download the Microsoft Edge browser from the Apple or Android app store. Note: You do not have to keep/use Edge for browsing on your phone- Installing only to access the "Reset all accounts" function.
   1. Apple App Store - Microsoft Edge: AI Browser
   2. Android/Google Play Store - Microsoft Edge: AI Browser
3. Open the Edge app
   1. Make sure that you are not signed into Edge, or step 4 will not work
      1. In Edge, the top left icon
      2. Select your account
      3. Select sign out
4. Browse to the following URL:
   1. edge://signin-internals
      Tap the button that says "RemoveAllAccounts":
      
5. You will see a little red pop-up saying that it has removed accounts. You can close Edge.

We have also found that Android devices (Pixel and Samsung phones) will additionally need to have the @fielmannusa.onmicrosoft.com account removed from within the phone system settings.

• To remove a Microsoft 365 account from a Pixel phone, follow these steps:

  • Open the Settings app on your Pixel phone.

  • Navigate to "Passwords, passkeys & accounts."

  • Scroll down to find the Microsoft account you wish to remove.

  • Tap on the account, then select "Remove account."

• To remove an Office 365 account from a Samsung phone, follow these steps:

  • Go to Settings on your phone.

  • Tap on "Accounts and backup".

  • Select the Office 365 account you wish to remove.

  • Tap "Remove account" and confirm the action.
